Parquet hardwood flooring and modern furnishings. The villa is accessed via comunual gate from the street leve. A charming holiday home from home with the added feature of your own pizza oven where you can have the opportunity to learn how to make pizza for yourselves. Gas central heating and air conditioning. Please be advised that the pool is shared with us. Onsite parking is available but a small car is recommended.
